摘要
目的对比观察增温器在老年重症患者肠内营养支持中的作用。方法回顾性分析2014年6月至2015年6月实施肠内营养支持老年重症患者84例,根据是否使用增温器分为对照组(增温组)和观察组(未增温组),观察两组患者在实施肠内营养过程中出现胃肠道不良反应及其它并发症的情况,比较增温器在肠内营养支持中的作用。结果观察组(未增温组)患者在呕吐、腹胀、腹泻等不良反应方面与对照组(增温组)相当,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在烫伤等并发症发生率方面,观察组明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU老年重症患者肠内营养支持时,可停用增温器;停用后,胃肠道不良反应的发生率未见明显升高。
Objective To explore the effect of heating device for enteral nutrition in ICU geriatric patients. Methods Totally 84 ICU geriatric patients enforced enteral nutrition form June 2014 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed,and all cases were divided into two groups by whether using heating device or not. Gastrointestinal adverse reaction and others complications were observed. Results Vomiting,abdominal distension and diarrhea were similar in both groups( 21. 7% versus 23. 7%),P 〉 0. 05. Ambustion occurred in control group( heating group)( 5 person-times versus 0 person-time in observing group,P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Heating device is not necessary for ICU geriatric patients,the incident rate of Gastrointestinal adverse reaction and other complications will not be raised in observing group( no heating group).
