摘要
反恐预警情报分析本质上是一个威胁评估问题,即对恐怖主义威胁的潜在可能性与威胁程度,恐怖主义威胁行动(恐怖袭击)的可能性作出估计预测。对与恐怖主义威胁有关的"信号"与"噪音"进行识别、过滤、选择、综合研析,是达成威胁评估的根本路径。
The terror threat intelligence analysis is essentially a problem of threat assessment, namely, the prediction for the potential of the terrorist threat and the degree of threat, and the possibility of a terrorist threat action （terrorist attacks）. It provides a basic path to reaching a threat assessment to identify, select, filter and comprehensively analyze the ＂signal＂ and ＂noise＂ of terrorism threat.
