Taking blackberry cultivars ‘Hull'and ‘Kiowa'as experimental material, proceeding different fertilizer treatments test in field cultivation, measuring the related physiological indicators after 3 fertilizations. The results showed that concentrations of photosynthetic pigments and activities of superoxide dismutase( SOD) and peroxidase( POD) in‘Hull'increased first and then decreased, and reached the peak value in L2 treatment,The contents of hydrogen peroxide( H2O2) and malondialdehyde( MDA) and the generation rate of O2-· decreased progressively, while no significant change was observed in soluble proteins. There were also no significant changes in O2-·,H2O2 and soluble proteins in the leaves of‘Kiowa',the content of Chlorophyll pigments in ‘Kiowa'changed slightly as the concentration increased, except for a few increase at the concentration of L2 treatment. MDA content and SOD activity slightly declined under the different fertilization treatments,POD activity increased as the fertilization content increasing, reaching the peak value in L2 treatment. The results indicated that the fertilizer efficiency of‘Hull'was more significant than that of‘Kiowa',but both ‘Hull'and‘Kiowa'showed a strong physiological activity in L2 treatment, and the optimum fertilizer applying level was in L2 treatment, the amount of fertilizer were 60 g urea and 60 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate per plant.
