摘要
智能起重机就是把一些智能技术应用于起重机,使起重机具有自动识别周围环境能力,模拟人的操作、自动起吊运送物料。它是一种"起重机器人",是人工智能技术与基础自动化及无线通讯、ERP技术结合并在起重机上应用的产物。介绍了智能起重机的应用现状及今后的研究内容及方向。指出目前研究开发新型的专用或通用的工厂车间用智能起重机产品,使其具有起重操作工的眼睛和大脑,能自动完成运输物料任务,是智能起重机需要研究的内容和方向。
Intelligent crane is what is called a ＂ crane robot＂ ： applying some intelligent techniques to the crane to make it able to automatically recognize its environment, simulate man＇s operation, automatically hoist and transport materials, a product applied with combination of artificial intelligence technology, basic automation, wireless communication and ERP technique. It is introduced its present application situation and the future research contents and direction： research and develop new - type special - or general - purpose workshop -using intelligent crane, to make it has crane operator＇s eye and brain, be able to automatically fulfill material transportation.
