摘要
目的:研究人工栽培桑黄不同生长期主要成分含量的变化,确定最佳采收期。方法:利用分光光度仪,采用硫酸蒽酮法测定总多糖含量;HPLC法同时测定Inoscavin A和Hypholomine B的含量,通过多指标含量测定比较不同样品的成分含量。结果:不同生长期的桑黄主要成分的含量变化趋势不同,其中总多糖与Inoscavin A的含量均以5月12日(出菇22d)最高,分别为0.74%和0.16mg/g;而Hypholomine B的含量以6月12日(出菇53d)最高,为0.59mg/g;亩产量以7月3日(出菇74d)最高,为0.35t。结论:人工栽培桑黄不同生长期的含量有一定的差异,主成分含量监测引导下的采收期确定,将有利于桑黄的质量控制与开发利用。
Objective: To study dynamic changes in the main components of Phellinus igniarius during different growing periods, and to determine the optimal harvest time. Methods: The content of total polysaccharides was measured on the spectrophotometer by the anthrone sulfuric acid method. The contents of Inoscavin A and Hypholomine B were measured by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The contents of main components were compared among the different Phellinus igniarius by the dectection of multi-index. Results: The main componenets of Phellinus igniarius domenstrated various regularity during different growth period. Both of the contents of total polysaccharides and Inoscavin A came into the highest in May 12th(fruiting 22d), up to 0.74% and 0.16mg/g, respectively. The content of Hypholomine B came into the highest in June 12th(fruiting 53d), up to 0.59mg/g. The acre yield came into the highest in July 3rd(fruiting 74d), up to 0.35 t, Conclusion: The Phellinus igniarius during different growing periods contained different components. The active ingredients monitor would help to guide an optimal harvest time for the Phellinus igniarius, resulting in a better quality control and utilization of Phellinus igniarius.
