摘要
以徐州飞虹新型装配式钢结构保障性住宅项目为例,从采光能耗、节点连接、碰撞检测、预制构件生产清单、施工管理等方面,阐述了BIM技术在装配式钢结构工程全寿命周期中的应用,指出BIM技术具有可视化、协调性、模拟性等优点,应用前景广阔。
Taking the new prefabricated steel structure affordable housing project in Xuzhou Feihong as an example,from the lighting energy consumption,node connection,collision detection,prefabricated components production list,construction management and other aspects,elaborated the application of BIM technology in prefabricated steel structure engineering whole life cycle,pointed out that BIM technology with visualization,coordination,simulation and other advantages,had board application prospect.
