摘要
探讨纺织生产车间生产过程的信息集成。介绍了梳棉工序、并条工序、细纱工序通过升级PLC方式和加装PLC方式进行数据采集和处理的方法,基于工业以太网技术和PROFIBUS总线技术,对各工序生产过程设备数据进行信息联网,使得整个控制系统具有生产管理功能、数据采集处理功能、现场监控功能、系统配置管理功能和人机系统功能。认为:整个信息系统设计可靠合理,使用便捷,兼容性强,智能化程度高,功能上也易于扩充和升级,可提高企业生产管理效率和产品质量。
The informatization integration of production process for textile manufacturing workshop was dis cussed. The methods of data collection and treatment for carding process, drawing process and spinning process through updating PLC and installing PLC were introduced. Based on industrial ethernet technology and PROFI- BUS bussing technology, the information network of equipment data for production procedures in each process was achieved. The whole control system has the functions of production management, data collecting ~ treat- ment,on-site supervision,system configuration management and human machine system. It is considered that the design of whole information system is reliable and reasonable, convenient to use, with higher compatibility, with stronger intelligent degree and easy to be extended and updated in functions. It can improve the production man- agement efficiency and product quality of enterprises.
