摘要
研究三维编织复合材料的拉伸弹性能能。总结了三维编织复合材料数学模型的研究现状;通过对三维编织结构的分析,选取周期性的单胞模型,采用体积平均法,对三维编织结构复合材料进行轴向拉伸弹性性能分析,并进行树脂传递模塑复合成型及拉伸力学性能试验。结果表明:拉伸模量理论值和试验值的误差为11.2%,泊松比理论值和试验值误差为5.27%。认为:单胞模型合理有效;如果结合切片观测,则可以进一步完善细观模型,并进行材料的损伤机理研究。
Tensile elasticity properties of three-dimensional braiding composite material were studied. The re search status of mathematical mode for three dimensional braiding composite material was summarized. By the analyses of three-dimensional braiding structure, periodic unit cell model was selected and volume average method was adopted to analyze axial tensile elasticity properties of three dimensional braiding composite material. The ex- periments about resin transfer composite molding and tensile mechanical properties were performed. The test re sults show that the error between theoretical value and trial value of tensile modulus is 11.2~. The error between theoretical value and trial value of poisson ratio is 5.27 %. It is considered that unit cell model is reasonable and effective. If section observation is combined,the mesomechanical model can be further improved and the damage mechanism research on materials can be proceeded.
