摘要
目的建立可行的陕西产葛根高效液相(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法实验采用phenomenex Onyx Monolithic C18100×4.6mm,以0.1%冰醋酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相进行二元泵梯度洗脱,流速为3.0m L/min,检测波长为260nm。结果建立HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,16批陕西产葛根药材质量有较好的相似性,非共有峰面积小于10%,相似度大于0.9。结论该方法准确可靠、重复性好,可以作为陕西产葛根药材的鉴别和质量控制依据。
Objective To establish the method of fingerprint for Radix Puerariae from Shannxi province by HPLC. Methods The fingerprint was investigated by using the column of phenomenex Onyx Monolithic C18（100×4.6mm）, with the mixture of 0.1% glacial acetic acid-acetonitrile used as the mobile phase in a gradient mode at a flow rate of 3.0 m L/min by dual pump. The wavelength was 260 nm. Results According to the chromatographic, 16 batches of Shaanxi Radix Puerariae showed a good similarity. Area of uncommon peak was less than 10%.Conclusion This paper provided a faithful and better repeatability method of HPLC fingerprint for identification and quality control of Shanxi Radix Puerariae.
