摘要
目的探讨王不留行籽耳穴贴压在混合痔术后疼痛护理中的作用。方法选择福建医科大学附属闽东医院中医肛肠科2015年1~6月实施混合痔手术的患者60例,按抽签法随机分成试验组及对照组各30例。试验组患者在常规护理的基础上,于术后3h后给予王不留行籽耳穴贴压;对照组患者在术后给予常规护理。观察两组患者术后3h、24h、72h的疼痛程度及术后72h内服用双氯芬酸钠的总剂量。结果试验组患者术后24h、72h疼痛程度总体评分低于对照组,且服用双氯芬酸钠的总剂量[（122.5±53.9）mg]少于对照组[（265.0±87.5）mg],差异有统计学意义（t=7.596,P〈0.01）。结论王不留行籽耳穴贴压在混合痔术后疼痛护理中的效果良好,操作简单、安全,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of auricular point sticking with vaccaria seeds on postoperative pain in patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Methods Sixty patients with mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The control group received routine care after mixed hemorrhoid surgery,while patients in the experimental group received auricular point sticking with vaccaria seeds 3 hours after operation. The pain degree at 3h,24 h,72h after opertion and the total dose of diclofenac sodium in three days atter operation were recorded. Results The pain degree at 24 h and 72 h after operation in the experimental group was significntl lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the total dose of diclofenac sodium in the experiemental group（265.0±87.5mg） was less than that of the control group（122.5±53.9mg,t=7.596,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Auricular point sticking with vaccaria seeds can relieve pain in patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery. It is simple,safe and worthy of clinical application.
