冬季停用高压注汽管道防爆管措施

摘要 针对某稠油油田发生的一起注汽管道爆管的事件进行调查,从爆管破裂口特征、使用材质、工作介质、环境温度、爆管前后的操作情况等方面进行了详细分析。认为:高压注汽管道在冬季停用后易在内部某部位结冰,使该处发生脆化,启用后高温高压蒸汽冲向结冰部位,形成温差应力,对已脆化部位形成严重破坏,从而造成爆管事故。防止管道结冰,并在投用前进行检测、试管、暖管是预防爆管的有效措施。 An incident of gas injection pipeline burst in a heavy oil field was investigated and analyzed in detail from the characteristics of the burst pipe, the use of material, the working medium, the environment temperature and the operation before and after the burst pipe, and so on. The result showed that the gas injection pipe with high pressure tended to be frozen inside in some part, where was embrittled. As the steam with high temperature and high pressure rushing at the freezing part in winter when start using, it was easy to cause the pipeline explosion because of differential temperature stress that would destroy embrittlement parts. Keeping pipes off freezing, and checking, tube testing, heating pipes before put into use were effective measures to prevent them from burst.
