摘要
为进一步提高玉米播种机的作业性能,针对现有玉米播种机铺膜不能精密播种的问题,设计了新型的玉米膜上精密播种机构,确定了导种机构和投种机构的主要结构参数,并对导种机构中无导种板装置和有导种板装置分别进行了导种作业性能试验。试验结果表明,在不设导种板装置的情况下,为了保证导种成功率>90%,机器的前进速度需<3.4 kmh。增设导种板装置的性能试验显示,当机器的前进速度达到6.8 kmh时,导种的成功率也可达95%以上。研究结果为玉米膜上精密播种机的开发提供重要技术参考。
In order to improve operation performance of maize seeding machine,aiming at the problem that existing maize seeding machine laid film,but couldn't seed accurately,new maize precision seeding mechanism on film was designed. Main structural parameters of guiding seed mechanism and throwing seed mechanism were determined. Performance experiments of guiding seed operation were carried out with no guiding board device and guiding board device in guiding seed mechanism. Results showed that in order to ensure the success rate of guiding seed exceed 90%,forward speed of seeding machine need less than 3. 4 kmh with no guiding board device. Performance tests results with guiding board device showed that success rate of guiding seed could exceed 95% when forward speed of seeding machine achieved 6. 8 kmh. The results provided important technical reference for the development of maize precision seeding machine on film.
