生物硫铁复合材料对铜暴露斑马鱼的保护研究 被引量:1

Protection of Zebrafish against Copper by Biological Iron Sulfide Composites

摘要 为了研究生物硫铁应用于铜污染事故应急处理中保护鱼类免于死亡的可行性,以斑马鱼为受试对象,测定了铜对斑马鱼的各时间半致死浓度(LC_(50)),考察了投加量、投加时间、pH环境等条件对铜暴露中斑马鱼死亡率的影响。结果表明:投加量越大斑马鱼死亡率越低,最佳投加量(硫化物与铜离子摩尔比)为1∶1,此时斑马鱼96 h死亡率由对照组(不投加生物硫铁材料)的83%降低至0%;在(24 h-LC_(50))mg/L浓度下12 h内投加生物硫铁的斑马鱼死亡率都明显低于对照组,超过24 h则与对照基本一致;水体初始p H对生物硫铁的投加有影响,p H为8时生物硫铁对铜暴露斑马鱼的保护效果较好,在(48 h-LC_(50))mg/L浓度下pH5投加组和p H 8投加组的斑马鱼96 h死亡率分别由100%和77%降低至50%和0%。研究表明,生物硫铁复合材料能快速降低水中铜离子浓度,从而保护鱼类免受毒害,其在铜污染事故应急处理中具有较好的应用前景。 To study the feasibility of biological iron sulfide in emergent treatment of copper pollution emergency treatment to protect the fish from dying,zebrafish was selected as are search object. The lethal concentration 50(LC50) of copper to zebrafish is determined. The factors such as the dosage of biological iron sulfide,p H and addition time are investigated on the mortality of zebrafish. It shows that the mortality decrease with the increase of dosage,and the optimal dosage of biological iron sulfide(mole ratio of sulfide and copper) is 1 ∶1. Compared with control group(without biological iron sulfide),the mortality within 96 h drops from 83% to 0%. The mortality of zebrafish when added biological iron sulfide to copper water of(24 h-LC50)mg/L within 12 h is significantly lower than control group,or basically the same with control group when added after 24 h. The initial p H has influence on biological iron sulfide added zebrafish. At p H 8,the protection of zebrafish exposed to copper is preferably. The mortality of(48 h-LC50)mg/L within 96 h in p H 5 with biological iron sulfide and pH 8 with biological iron sulfide declines from 100% to 50% and 77% to 0% respectively. The result indicates that biological iron sulfide could rapidly reduce copper to protect fish from dying,which has good application prospects in copper pollution emergency treatment processing.
