摘要
砾石充填完井在南海东部地区并不常见,近年来,随着恩平油田群的开发,砾石充填防砂在南海东部地区也逐步得到应用。高速水管内砾石充填具有防砂有效期长、保持产能好、能够实现分层选择性防砂等优点,能有效地解决出砂造成的砂埋油层、井筒砂堵、设备磨蚀砂卡等问题。但一趟五层高速水砾石充填由于一趟管柱完成充填层数多,具有风险高、连续作业时间长、对井下工具和地面防砂设备稳定性要求高等特点,本次恩平24-2油田第一批开发井完井作业中的3口井有2口定向井实施了一趟五层高速水管内砾石充填防砂作业,对井下工具和作业人员提出了严峻的考验,也为一趟多层高速水砾石充填在南海东部地区的适用性做出了先探性试验,现场根据作业情况也对工具和工艺做出了相应的改进,为以后在本地区进行一趟多层砾石充填作业提供了宝贵经验。
Gravel pack completion is not common in the Eastern South China Sea. Recently,with the development of Enping Oilfield Group,gravel pack sand control was applied in thisarea gradually. High rate water pack has the advantages of long sand control life,low production rate decline,selective layer sand control,and can solve the problems of sand bury,wellbore sand plug,abrasion and sand stuck of equipment effectively.However,for the reason that single trip five zones high rate water pack has to be realized by one string of single trip,it has the characteristics of high risk,long time of continuous operation and high stability requirements of downhole tool and surface sand control equipments. Among the completion operation of 3 wells in the first batch of Enping 24- 2 Oilfield development wells,2directional wells were implemented with casing hole single trip five zones high rate water pack sand control operation,this also made the first exploratory testing for applicability of one trip multi- zone high rate water pack in the Eastern South China Sea. According to the field practice,the corresponding improvement measures have been made on downhole tools and technology,which provided valuable experience for one trip multi- zone high rate water pack operation in this region in the future.
