摘要
将4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)分别与共聚甲醛反应性熔融挤出制得样品,通过测定两者反应样品在热氧加速老化、紫外加速老化、室温放置老化三种条件下的黄色指数,比较两种样品的颜色变化情况。为探讨两种反应性挤出样品老化变色原因,对两者进行纯化处理,并比较纯化前后颜色变化情况。
Polyoxymethylene (POM) reacted with isocyanates-4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and hexamethylene diisoeyanate during melting extrusion in extruder. The yellow index of the resultant products was evaluated under three conditions: aging in oven at 140 ℃, ultraviolet irradiation, aging at room temperature. And the variation of YI values of the two products was compared. The two products were puried and their yellow index were compared before and after purification to discuss the reasons of the color changing.
