摘要
针对破片测速系统对数据存储速率快、可靠性高的要求,提出了基于流水线设计的数据快速存储方案和基于FPGA片内建立虚拟存储器来管理FLASH坏块列表的方法。该方法有效降低存储系统的平均响应时间,将数据流的存储速率提高了近2倍;并且有效地屏蔽FLASH的坏块,保证了破片数据存储的可靠性。测试结果表明:数据存储速率提高到2.4 Mbyte/s,为原始速率的3倍。数据存储的可靠性为100%。该方法能有效提高测速系统的存储速率和可靠性。
As the fragment velocity measurement system for high data storage rate and reliability requirements pres-ents a fast data storage scheme based on pipeline design and establishes a virtual memory to manage the FLASH bad block list based on FPGA chip. This method reduces the average response time and makes the data storage rate 2 times faster. Meanwhile,the virtual memory can manage the Flash bad block list easily and block bad blocks effec-tively,then ensure the reliability of the fragment data storage. Tests show that the method improves the data storage rate raised to 2.4 Mbyte/s which is 3 times as original rate. The reliability of data storage is 100%. This method im-proves data storage rate and reliability effectively.
