摘要
精确的目标定位是实现工业生产流水线自动化的关键技术,论文提出了一种目标定位的方法,通过检测目标在图像中的坐标再经摄像机标定换算到空间坐标来进行目标的定位。该方法采用亚像素定位从低分辨率的图像中实现图像坐标检测的高精度,在一定程度上有效地降低了生产成本,同时使用先粗定位后精定位的方法降低图像坐标检测的时间。实验表明,该方法检测出来的空间坐标能满足目标定位的精度要求。
Accurate target location is the key technology to realize the automation of industrial production line.In this paper,a method of target location is proposed,which by detecting the coordinates of the target in the image and then converted to the space coordinates by camera calibration.High accuracy of positioning accuracy of the positioning of the low resolution image with sub-pixel positioning in this method,it can reduce the production cost effectively in some extent.At the same time,the time of the image location is reduced by using the method of the first coarse positioning and then precise positioning.Experiments show that the spatial coordinates detected by this method can meet the accuracy requirements of the target location.
