摘要
采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,抽取安徽省192名乡村医生进行问卷调查,返回有效问卷187份。结果显示:安徽省乡村医生队伍存在人员老化、收入偏低、养老机制不健全、培训力度不足等问题。为此,要优化财政投入,保障乡村医生收入;促进乡村医生身份转变,完善并落实养老保障制度;改善后备力量培养模式,加强乡村医生培训。
192 rural doctors in Anhui Province were selected by stratified random cluster sampling method, among them 187 questionnaires were valid. The results show that some rural doctors in Anhui Province are more likely to be aged, low income, imperfect pension mechanism, insufficient training and other problems. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the financial investment, guarantee the income of rural doctors; improve identity transform of rural doctors,improve and implement the old-age security system, improve the reserve training mode and strengthen training of rural doctors.
