摘要
目的评价线性探针技术快速检测涂阳肺结核耐药性的可靠性和及时性。方法随机抽取我院收治的120例涂阳肺结核患者痰标本,同时采用线性探针技术和传统培养药敏试验两种方法检测异烟肼和利福平耐药性,以传统培养药敏试验结果为金标准,分析线性探针技术诊断耐药结核病的灵敏性、特异性和及时性。结果线性探针技术检测异烟肼的灵敏性和特异性分别为100%、98.98%;检测利福平分别为96.15%、98.94%;对耐多药的检出率18.33%。24小时内可得到报告。结论线性探针技术能快速检测异烟肼、利福平的耐药性,有利于耐药肺结核特别是耐多药肺结核的快速筛查和临床及时诊治。
Objective Evaluation of the reliability and timeliness of the rapid detection of drug resistance of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis by linear probe technique. Methods 120 cases of smear positive tuberculosis patients with sputum specimens were randomly selected in our hospital. Both linear probe technique and traditional culture drug sensitivity test were used to detect isoniazid and rifampicin resistance of sputum specimens. The tradi- tional method was used as golden standard to evaluate the sensitivity, specificity and timeliness of linear probe tech- nique in the diagnosis of drug resistant tuberculosis. Results Detected by linear probe, sensitivity and specificity of the isoniazid were 100 % and 98.98%, the rifampicin were 96.15% and 98.94% , The detection rate of drug re- sistance is 18.33%. The test report was get within 24 hours. Conclusions Drug resistance of isoniazid and rifampi- cin can rapidly detected by linear probe technique. It' s advantageous to quick screening and clinical immediate diag- nosis of drug resistant tuberculosis, especially the multi drug resistant tuberculosis.
