IL-6基因多态性与复发性自然流产患病风险关系研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨IL-6基因多态性与青岛地区复发性自然流产发病风险的相关性。方法选取复发性自然流产(RSA)患者及正常早孕女性各60例进行对照研究,对IL-6rs1800795、IL-6rs1800796位点进行基因测序,探讨各位点多态性与复发性自然流产患病风险之间的关系。结果 IL-6rs1800795位点基因型在病例组及对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);IL-6rs1800796位点CG+GG基因型分布频率病例组较对照组明显低,而CC基因型较对照组高,G等位基因病例组比对照组低,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-6rs1800795(G/C)与RSA患病风险无明显相关性;IL-6rs1800796(C/G)等位基因G可能会降低RSA的风险,而等位基因C可能会增加RSA的发病风险。
