摘要
目的探讨和分析贝复舒滴眼液在角膜溃疡患者治疗中的使用方法和临床效果。方法整群选取该院自2014年3月—2015年2月期间收治的角膜溃疡患者共96例作为研究对象,按随机原则,分成对照组和观察组各48例,对照组给予常规的氧氟沙星滴眼液进行治疗,观察组则使用贝复舒滴眼液进行治疗,使用一个疗程后,将两组的治疗效果进行对比。结果在经过2个疗程治疗以后,观察组患者治疗总的有效率为93.8%(45/48),明显高于对照组患者75%,(36/48),观察组和对照组患者治疗总有效率对比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.272,P<0.05);该两组患者治疗中,没有出现局部刺激或者其它的不良反应。结论对于角膜溃疡患者,通过使用贝复舒滴眼液进行治疗,能够明显改善患者的角膜溃疡病症,并且安全有效,非常值得临床推广和使用。
Objective To discuss and analyze the application method and clinical effect of b FGF eye drops in treatment of patients with keratohelcosis. Methods 96 cases of patients with keratohelcosis treated in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each, the control group were treated with routine ofloxacin eye drops, the observation group were treated with b FGF eye drops, the treatment effect of the two groups was compared after 1 course of treatment. Results After 2 courses of treatment, the total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group 93.8%（45/48）vs（75%,36/48）, the difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was obvious with statistically significance（χ2=6.272,P〈0.05）,there was no local stimulation and other adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion The application of b FGF eye drops in treatment of patients with keratohelcosis can obviously improve the patient＇s keratohelcosis disease, and it is safe and effective, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
