摘要
目的分析围绝经期功能性子宫出血应用米非司酮联合加减止血安宫方治疗的效果。方法整群选取该院2013年2月—2014年2月收治的110例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组采用米非司酮,观察组采用米非司酮联合加减止血安宫方进行治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果对照组患者的治疗有效率为76.4%,观察组为92.7%,观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。110例患者中,仅3例患者服药后出现明显的恶心、呕吐症状,不良反应小。结论围绝经期功能性子宫出血应用米非司酮联合加减止血安宫方进行治疗,疗效显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of the application of mifepristone combined with Jiajian Angong Zhixue Fang in treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding of peri-menopausal period. Methods 110 cases of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding of peri-menopausal period treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each, the control group were treated with mifepristone, the observation group were treated with mifepristone combined with Jiajian Angong Zhixue Fang, the treatment effect of the two groups was observed. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（76.4% vs 92.7%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, of the 110 cases of patients, only 3 cases had the obvious symptoms of nausea and vomiting with few adverse reactions. Conclusion The application of mifepristone combined with Jiajian Angong Zhixue Fang in treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding of peri-menopausal period has an obvious curative effect.
