摘要
目的研究区域分割伪彩色处理技术在数字减影血管造影(DSA)图像后处理中的应用价值。方法整群选择2013年10月—2015年3月来该院就诊的64例脑血管疾病患者作为研究对象。对所有患者先采用常规DSA造影技术处理,再行区域分割伪彩色技术对DSA图像进行后处理,比较图像处理前后质量变化情况。结果采用区域分割位彩色处理技术后DSA图像质量为1级的例数较处理前显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分级为3级的DSA图像质量处理后较处理前得到显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论区域分割伪彩色处理技术可显著提高DSA图像质量,但该技术尚处于临床探索阶段,有待于进一步研究。
Objective To research the application value of region segmentation pseudocolor??processing technology?in the digital subtraction angiography(DSA)image postprocessing. Methods 64 cases of patients with cerebrovascular disease treated in our hospital from October 2013 to March 2015 were selected as the research object and all patients were given conventional DSA imaging technology, and then their DSA images were given postprocessing by the region segmentation pseudocolor technology, the quality changes before and after image processing were compared. Results The case number of DSA image quality of 1 grade after region segmentation pseudocolor processing technology obviously increased compared with that before processing, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05),the DSA image quality of 3 grade after processing obviously improved compared with that before processing, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Region segmentation pseudocolor processing technology can obviously improve the DSA image quality, but the technology was still in the stage of clinical exploration and needs further research.
