摘要
对南钢3号高炉取消中心加焦冶炼实践过程进行评价和总结,尤其对装料和送风制度不断研究与摸索,通过提高炉芯温度且稳定在一个合理范围内,从而使炉缸一直保持活跃的工作状态,在稳定合理的操作炉型前提下,逐步减少中心加焦量,明显改善了煤气流分布,提高了煤气利用率,燃料比大幅降低,取得了较好的经济效益,并将此经验作为本厂取消中心焦的理论基础推广到其他高炉。
Nanjing steel No.3BF cancel center plus coke smelting process to evaluate and summarize the practice,especially for loading and air system for continuous research and exploration,by raising the temperature of the furnace core and stable within a reasonable range,so that the hearth has been remain active in working condition.By stable and reasonable operating furnace premise and gradually reducing the amount of coke center plus significantly improved gas flow distribution,improved the gas utilization,fuel ratio is greatly reduced and achieved good economic benefits.Our canceled central focus experience as the theoretical foundation successfully extended to the other blast furnace.
