摘要
伴随"孟中印缅经济走廊"建设和国家"一带一路"战略的实施,云南省对外贸易迎来了又一重要发展契机。作为云南省对外贸易的重要组成部分,边境贸易的健康快速发展显得尤为重要。缅甸作为我国的重要邻邦,是与云南省边境线最长、口岸数最多的国家,也是占云南对外贸易额比重最大的国家。所以,滇缅贸易状况的好坏,将直接影响着云南省对外贸易的发展,也将影响着我国"一带一路"战略的实施。本文以当前滇缅边境贸易现状为基础,分析制约双方边境贸易发展的内外部因素,并在此基础上提出了推进滇缅边境贸易的对策。
With the construction of BCIM Economic Corridor and the implementation of our country＇s＂One Belt One Road＂ strategy, the foreign trade of Yunnan province gets a great opportunity to develop. As an important part of foreign trade, the healthy and rapid development of border trade in Burma is particularly important. Myanmar is an important neighbor with the longest border and largest number of ports,having the largest proportion of foreign trade. Therefore, whether the Yunnan-Burma trade situation is good or bad will directly affect Yunnan foreign trade development, and the implementation of ＂One Belt One Road＂ strategy of China. Basing on the status quo, the author analyses the internal and external factors restricting both the development of border trade, and puts forward some strategies.
