摘要
为研究煤受热升温电磁辐射效应,建立了煤受热升温电磁辐射实验系统,对煤受热升温时产生的电磁辐射进行了实验研究,并对煤受热升温产生电磁辐射的机理进行了分析.结果表明:煤在受热升温过程中伴随有不同频率电磁辐射信号产生;电磁辐射与温度的升高呈正相关,温度越高,电磁辐射信号越强;电磁辐射能够反映煤在受热升温时的温度变化及变形破裂过程;电磁辐射是热致膨胀变形和热致胀裂的结果.
To study the change rules of electromagnetic radiation(EMR)during coal heating,EMR experiment system was established,and experiments of EMR during coal heating have been conducted.Its regularity and the mechanism were analyzed.The results show that different frequency of EMR signals is emerged during coal heating;EMR signals are positively correlated with the temperature increasing,the higher the temperature,the stronger of the EMR signals;EMR can reflect the temperature changes as well as deformation and failure process during coal heating;EMR is a result from thermal deformation and thermal cracking.
