摘要
目的研究PPI联合GSL术治疗晚期慢性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果。方法研究对象为整群选取2013年5月—2014年7月就诊于该院的晚期慢性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者102例,随机法分为观察组(n=51,58眼)和对照组(n=51,60眼),观察组采用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入(PPI)+房角黏连分离术(GSL)治疗,对照组采用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入(PPI)+小梁切除术治疗,比较两组患者术前后眼压及视力恢复情况。结果观察组术后1周眼压显著高于对照组,术后3个月眼压显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后观察组视力<0.2者显著少于对照组,≥0.5者显著多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PPI联合GSL术治疗晚期慢性闭角型青光眼合并白内障疗效好,眼压控制佳,视力恢复好,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of PPI combined with GSL operation in treatment of late angle-closure glaucoma chronic with cataract. Methods 102 cases of patients with late angle-closure glaucoma chronic with cataract treated in our hospital from May 2013 to July 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group（n=51,58 eyes） and control group（n=51,60eyes）, the observation group received PPI and GSL treatment, the control group received PPI and trabeculectomy treatment, the intra-ocular tension and visual acuity recovery of the two groups were compared. Results The intra-ocular tension in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group 1week later after operation and obviously lower than that in the control group 3 months later after operation, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; patients whose visual acuity 0.2 in the observation group were obviously less than those in the control group and whose visual acuity ≥0.5 were obviously more than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion PPI combined with GSL operation in treatment of late angle-closure glaucoma chronic with cataract has a good curative effect, the intra-ocular tension control and vision recovery are good,which is worth promoting.
