摘要
目的研究耳穴贴压配合中药治疗痛经的临床治疗效果。方法随机选择2013年11月—2015年5月该院收治的150例痛经患者,进行随机分组,取50例患者作为观察组,接受耳穴贴压法与中药联合治疗,其余100例患者作为对照组,采用常规中药调理的方式进行治疗,持续治疗4个月经周期,观察两组患者症状改善情况,对比其临床疗效。结果对照组治愈43例,有效41例,无效16例,有效率为84.0%,观察组治愈29例,有效19例,无效2例,有效率为96.0%,明显优于对照组(84.0%),P<0.05。结论应用耳穴贴压配合中药治疗女性痛经问题,可以有效缓解痛经症状,值得临床推广。
Objective To research the clinical treatment effect of auricular application pressure combined with Chinese medicine in treatment of 50 cases with dysmenorrhea. Methods 150 cases of patients with dysmenorrhea admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2013 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group（50 cases） were treated with auricular application pressure combined with Chinese medicine, the control group（100cases） were treated with conventional herbal treatment for 4 months of menstrual cycles, the symptom improvement of the two groups was observed and the clinical curative effect was compared. Results In the control group, 43 cases were cured,41 cases were effective, 16 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 84.0%, in the observation group, 29 cases were cured, 19 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective and the effective rate was 96.0%, which was obviously better than that in the control group, P 0.05. Conclusion The application of auricular application pressure？combined with Chinese medicine in treatment of female dysmenorrhea problems can effectively relieve the dysmenorrhea symptoms, which is worth promotion in clinic.
