摘要
目的研究对慢性附件炎患者使用静脉滴注阿奇霉素联合康妇消炎栓进行治疗的效果。方法整群选取2014年4月—2015年4月间在该院进行慢性附件炎治疗的患者78例为研究的对象,随机分成对照组与治疗组。给予对照组阿奇霉素进行治疗,给予治疗组阿奇霉素联合康妇消炎栓进行治疗,对比两组停药1周和停药1个月后的总有效率。结果停药1周后,治疗组的总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(85.00%);停药1个月后,治疗组的总有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(90.00%),两项指标对比,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论使用静脉滴注阿奇霉素联合康妇消炎栓对慢性附件炎患者进行治疗效果明显,适合推广应用。
Objective To research the effect of intravenous infusion of azithromycin combined with kangfu xiaoyan suppository in treatment of chronic annexitis. Methods 78 cases of patients with chronic annexitis treated in our hospital from April2014 to April 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with azithromycin, the treatment group were treated with azithromycin combined with kangfu xiaoyan suppository, the total effective rate of the two groups at 1 week and 1 month after drug withdrawal was compared. Results At 1 week after drug withdrawal, the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,（97.50% vs85.00%）, at 1 month after drug withdrawal, the total treatment rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（100.00% vs 90.00%）, the differences were statistically significant by comparison P〈0.05. Conclusion Intravenous infusion of azithromycin combined with kangfu xiaoyan suppository in treatment of chronic annexitis has an obvious treatment effect, which is suitable for promotion and application.
