用张力带内固定术和拉力螺钉内固定术治疗髌骨开放性纵形骨折的疗效探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探析髌骨开放性纵形骨折病人进行拉力螺钉内固定术与用张力带固定术联合疗法的临床效果。方法随机选取2013年5月—2014年4月该院收治的髌骨开放性纵形骨折患者100例,根据随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组,每组50例,研究组进行螺钉内固定术疗法,对照组进行张力带内固定术,比较两组的临床效果;比较两组的术后1年的LKSS评分、术后1年VAS评分、膝关节活动度、骨折愈合时间等临床指标。结果研究组的临床有效率为92.0%,对照组的临床有效率为56.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后1年的LKSS评分、术后1年VAS评分、膝关节活动度、骨折愈合时间等临床指标显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髌骨开放性纵形骨折病人进行拉力螺钉内固定术疗法,可显著改善膝关节活动度及疼痛程度,促进骨折愈合,临床效果确切,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of internal fixation with tension band and lag screw in the treatment of vertical open patella fracture. Methods 100 patients with vertical open patella fracture treated in our hospital from May 2013 to April 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The study group adopted the internal fixation with lag screw; the control group adopted the internal fixation with tension band. The clinical effect of two groups was compared. After 1 year of treatment, the clinical indexes such as LKSS and VAS scores, as well as range of motion of knee joint and healing time of fracture were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of study group(92.0%) was significantly higher than that of control group(56.0%)(P〈0.05). After 1 year of treatment, the scores of LKSS and VAS, range of motion of knee joint and healing time of fracture in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, respectively(P〈0.05). Conclusion For patients with vertical open patella fracture, the internal fixation with lag screw can greatly improve the range of motion of knee joint, reduce the pain degree, and promote the healing of fracture with obvious clinical effect, so the treatment is worthy of clinical promotion.
