摘要
文中对某电厂390H型发电机转子匝间短路故障的分析和处理过程进行了描述,给出怀疑匝间短路时开展的振动检查和电气试验,根据检查和试验结果分析判断认为存在匝间短路故障,解体得出故障原因为转子匝间绝缘跑偏,并就匝间短路故障给出相应的处理经过。
Analysis and processing of turn-to-turn short fault of a 390 H generator rotor is presented in this paper. The vibration inspection and electrical tests are carried out. According to the results of the inspection and test, the conclusion of rotor turn-to-turn short fault is conducted. Through the disintegration analysis, the fault reason is obtained as deviation of turn-to-turn insulation of rotor. The corresponding treatment of turn-to-turn short fault of generator rotor is also introduced.
