摘要
针对南京某厂奥氏体不锈钢伴热管道检修时,发现多处堵塞现象,分析堵塞的原因是因为焊缝背面余高过高,管内介质里的污物流经到此处易发生聚集,引起了阻塞,大大降低了伴热管的伴热功能,如何降低焊缝背面余高是解决问题的关键。通过采用管道焊缝无间隙钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)自熔焊接打底技术,对施焊焊工进行操作技术指导与培训,经过焊接工艺评定的验证,自熔焊接的根部焊缝外观检验、RT检验、机械性能,不仅保障了焊缝背面余高控制在1mm之内,还实现了奥氏体不锈钢伴热管焊接合格率达到95%以上。解决了奥氏体不锈钢伴热管易堵塞的难题。
Aiming at the blockage found at several places during the overhaul of the austenitic stainless steel trace pipelines in a chemical plant in Nanjing,this paper analyzes the causes for the blockage.And it is found out that the blockage is caused by the excess weld reinforcement on the back of the weld joint,which can easily result in accumulation of dirty medium in the pipelines.This reduces the function of the trace pipes greatly.So,the key to solve the problem is to reduce the excess weld reinforcement on the back of the weld joint.The closed self-fusion GTAW welding procedure is adopted.The welders are given technical guidance and training on welding operations.After verification of the welding procedure qualification,visual inspection of the selffusion weld root,RT inspection,mechanical performance and macro metallographic test,the adopted technology meets the requirements of related standards.This not only ensures the weld reinforcement to be controlled within 1 mm,but also helps the austenitic stainless steel heat tracing pipelines to realize up to 95%of qualification rate.Hence,the blockage problem in austenitic stainless steel trace pipelines is solved.
