摘要
本文运用文献研究和理论推理方法,对用户体验分成感官层、认知层和反思层三个层面,并进行维度的具体设计。依据S-O-R模型以及采纳行为模型,将用户体验对网站采纳行为过程分为用户体验、主体认知和采纳行为三个阶段,构建出网站采纳行为模型,并对用户体验对网站采纳行为的作用机理进行研究。在此基础上,提出了网站建设和优化的建议。
This paper divides the user experience into three levels:the sensory level, the cognitive level and the reflective level, and designs the specific dimension of user experience by using literature research and theoretical reasoning. Based on the S-O-R model and the technology adoption model, the adoption process is divided into user experience-cognition-adoption behavior in three stages. Then, it constructs the website adoption model and analyzes the mechanism of user experience on website adoption, on which some proposals for the website construction and optimization are put forward.
