摘要
论文对盘形件辗压机中控制辗压头进给的液压并联机构进行了的运动学反解分析,建立了液压缸连杆的运动参数表达式,应用Matlab软件编制了相应的计算程序。以辗压头的一个典型进给过程作为算例进行数值计算,给出了各个液压缸连杆长度、速度随时间的变化。为了验证该计算结果,应用ADAMS软件对相同算例进行了数值仿真,两种计算结果相对误差小于0.1%,说明给出的分析和计算是可靠的,为后续的液压控制系统设计提供有用信息。
A kinematic analysis of a parallel hydraulic feed mechanism for discal part roll forming machine is presented in this paper. The e-quations for the motion parameters of the piston rod of all hydraulic cylinders are derived. A related computer program for the motion param-eters is also completed by Matlab. The computer program is used calculation of the motion parameters to a typical roller motion path is carried out. The same roller motion path is also numerically simulated by ADAMS. Comparing both calculated results shows that the calculation error is less than 0.1%. This shows that the research results of this paper are useful for the design of hydraulic control system in the future.
