N、P添加对羊草割草场土壤养分及地上生物量的影响 被引量:19

Effects of Nitrogen and Phosphorus Addition on Soil Properties and Aboveground Biomass in Leymus chinensis Mowing Meadow

摘要 在切根的基础上对羊草草甸草原割草场进行不同浓度的N、P养分配比添加,研究其土壤养分含量、地上生物量的变化及两者的关系。结果表明,(1)0-30cm(3层)土壤速效N含量、10-20cm土壤全P含量、以及20-30cm土壤速效P含量均随添加浓度的增大而呈显著性变化。(2)高浓度N、P添加处理使羊草、糙隐子草的地上生物量显著增高,而山野豌豆、展枝唐松草的地上生物量在低浓度处理下达最大值。群落的地上生物量随添加浓度的增加而显著增大(P〈0.01)。(3)添加浓度与群落的地上生物量之间呈显著的正相关(P〈0.01)。10-20cm土壤速效N与群落的地上生物量呈显著的负相关(P〈0.05)。N、P配施可以显著地增加群落的地上生物量,在切根+高N10.5g/m^2+高P 5.1g/m^2处理下达最大值。 With mixed addition of nitrogen and phosphorus in different concentrations on the basis of root-cutting in Leymus chinensis mowing meadow,the variations of soil nutrient content and the ground biomass as well as the relationship of them were studied.The results showed that(1)There were significant changes on available nitrogen content in 0-30cm soil(three layers)and total phosphorus content in10-20cm soil and available phosphorus content in 20-30cm soil with the increasing of added concentration.(2)Aboveground biomass of Leymus chinensis and Cleistogenes squarrosa increased significantly in the high concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus.But the aboveground biomass of Vicia amoena and Thalictrum squarrosum showed maximum value in low concentration treatment.Community aboveground biomass increased significantly with the increasing of added concentration(P〈0.01).(3)There was significantly positive correlation between community aboveground biomass and added concentration(P〈0.01).There was significant negative correlation between available nitrogen in 10-20cm soil and community aboveground biomass(P〈0.05).Applying nitrogen fertilization combined with phosphorus fertilization can increase community aboveground biomass,which got the highest level in the treatment of rootcutting+10.5g/m^2 N + 5.1g/m^2 P.
