摘要
手足综合征是诸多化疗药物常见的副作用,为剂量限制性毒性,虽不会危及生命,但对化疗的顺利进行及患者的生活质量会造成重大影响。现代医学对其发病机制并不十分明确,且治疗中风险与疗效并存。中医学通过辩证论治,对手足综合征的防治取得良好的疗效,但各医家对其病因病机的认识各异,即使都从痹症论治,但治疗方法也不尽相同。该文通过阐述手足综合征的现代发病机制、现代医学对其的治疗措施,各中医学专家对其病因病机的独特见解及治法治则,期望能为手足综合征的治疗提供借鉴。
Hand- foot syndrome is a common side effect of many chemotherapy drugs,which is not life- threatening,but has great influence on the quality of patient＇s life. Modern medicine is not very clear about the pathogenesis of Hand- foot syndrome,and the risk associated with the effciency of the treatment. Traditional Chinese Medcine（ TCM） through its theory about treatment of different syndromes,have a great effciency on the treatment of hand- foot syndrome. The doctors have different views in the etiology and pathogenesis,treatment methods and elaborating the mechanism,treatment measures of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,and expect to provide a reference in the future treatment of hand- foot syndrome.
