摘要
随着国内压裂施工作业中压力和排量的不断增加,国内的压裂装备也朝着高压力和大排量的方向发展。列举了国内现阶段的几种典型的大型压裂装备与技术,包括车载压裂装备、涡轮驱动压裂装备、全液压驱动压裂装备、电驱压裂装备和橇装压裂装备,介绍了各项技术的特点和性能,并分析了各自的优势和不足。通过对比研究表明,压裂橇装技术比较成熟,且能适应当前压裂施工环境作业的要求。最后,结合压裂橇装设备的技术特点,提出了压裂橇装设备需要解决的关键技术难题,这对大型压裂橇装设备的研制具有一定的指导意义。
With the increasing pressure and fracturing displacement of the domestic fracturing operation, the domestic fracturing equipment has been evolving toward high pressure and large displacement?Several typical do?mestic current large?scale fracturing equipment and techniques have been presented, including vehicle?mounted fracturing equipment, turbine?driven fracturing equipment, fully hydraulic fracturing equipment, electrical driven fracturing equipment and skid?mounted fracturing equipment?The characteristics and performance of the technology have been introduced and their advantages and disadvantages have been analyzed?Comparison studies have shown that skid?mounted fracturing technology is relatively more mature, and can adapt to the current fracturing operation environment?Finally, based on the technical characteristics of skid?mounted fracturing equipment, the key techni?cal issues need to be solved have been proposed, which could provide guidance for the development of large?scale skid?mounted fracturing equipment.
