非小细胞肺癌组织中DEC1 mRNA、DEC2 mRNA表达及意义 被引量:7

Expression and clinical significance of DEC1/DEC2 mRNA in non-small-cell lung cancer

摘要 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中分化型胚胎软骨发育基因1(DEC1)mRNA和DEC2 mRNA表达变化及意义。方法收集42例非小细胞肺癌患者的癌组织标本,28例癌旁正常组织标本;采用实时RT-PCR法检测两种组织标本中DEC1 mRNA、DEC2 mRNA的相对表达量;分析DEC1 mRNA、DEC2 mRNA表达与非小细胞肺癌患者临床病理参数的关系。结果 DEC1在非小细胞肺癌组织中相对表达量为0.045 6,正常组织为0.001 7;DEC2 mRNA在非小细胞肺癌组织中的相对表达量为0.056 6,正常组织为0.000 9;两组比较P均<0.05。DEC1 mRNA、DEC2mRNA表达与非小细胞肺癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、分化程度和TNM分期均无关(P均>0.05);DEC1 mRNA、DEC2 mRNA在腺癌中的相对表达量均高于鳞癌(P均<0.05)。非小细胞肺癌组织中DEC1 mRNA、DEC2 mRNA表达呈正相关(r=0.691,P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌组织中DEC1、DEC2过表达,二者的表达变化可能参与非小细胞肺癌的发生和发展。 Objective To investigate the effects of differentiated embryo-chondrocyte expressed gene 1( DEC1) and DEC2 mRNA in the occurrence and development of non-small-cell lung cancer( NSCLC). Methods Forty-two cases of cancer tissue samples and 28 cases of adjacent normal tissues were collected from NSCLC patients. The relative expression levels of DEC1 and DEC2 mRNA were detected by real-time RT-PCR. The relationships between DEC1 and DEC2 mRNA and the clinicopathological characters of NSCLC patients were discussed. Results The relative expression of DEC1 mRNA was 0. 045 6 in the cancer tissues and 0. 001 7 in the normal tissues,the relative expression of DEC2 mRNA in the cancer tissues and normal tissues was respectively 0. 056 6 and 0. 000 9,and significant difference was found between these two groups( all P〈0. 05). The expression of DEC1 and DEC2 mRNA in the NSCLC tissues was not related with gender,age,tumor diameter,differentiated degree and TNM stage( all P〈0. 05). DEC1 and DEC2 mRNA was expressed higher in the adenocarcinoma than that in squamous carcinoma( all P〈0. 05). DEC1 mRNA was positively correlated with DEC2 mRNA( γ = 0. 691,P〈0. 05). Conclusion DEC1 and DEC2 is over expressed in NSCLC tissues and its expression changes may be involved in the occurrence and development of NSCLC.
