摘要
根据某院近几年病案复印工作的实际情况,分析总结病案复印窗口工作出现的常见问题以及针对存在问题采取相应的病案复印流程改造措施。比较复印流程改造前后病案复印的工作人员人均复印量以及工作满意度,结果显示通过不断优化复印流程,病案复印总人次数和工作人员人均复印人次数均有增长,并且工作人员的满意度有所提高,说明病案复印流程的改造工作取得显著的成果,达到提高病案复印效率,减轻病案复印工作人员的工作压力和提升工作满意度的目的。
In recent years, according to the actual situation of the medical record copy work in a hospital,analyze and summarize common problems in the medical record copy window work and adopt corresponding process reform measures for the problems existed in medical record copy. Compare per amount of copy and job satisfaction before and after medical record copy process reformation. Results show that through continuous optimization of the copy process, medical record copy of total number of people and staff per number of copy is growing, and improve staff's satisfaction, medical record copy process of transformation has achieved remarkable results, improve the efficiency of medical record copy, reduce medical record copy staff work pressure and improve job satisfaction.
