摘要
进入大数据时代以来,借助大数据的分析与预测功能,电子商务迎来更好的发展机会。通过大数据分析,商品推荐出现个性化和精准化商业模式,运营方式的不断创新,帮助电商企业优化汇总优质产品信息,为电商企业提升差异竞争力提供更精细的服务。然而,大数据时代电商企业也面临着掌握大数据、驾驭大数据、优化信用环境、应对数据安全与隐私、优化物流配送等方面的挑战。应该从利用大数据搭建电子商务的信息平台、凭借大数据做好电子商务的精准营销、依靠大数据创新商业模式、注重数据处理工作的安全隐私等4个方面入手,确保电子商务适应大数据时代特点,推动现代电子商务发展。
From entering the era of big data, e-commerce obtained better development opportunity by analytical and predictable function of big data. From the big data analysis, the commodity recommendation had personalized and accurate business pattern, the operation mode was continuously innovative, which helps the e-commerce enterprises to optimize and summarize the excellent products information, and provided more refined service to enhance the differential competitiveness.However, the e-commerce enterprise also faced challenges to grasp big data, drive big data, optimize the credit environment,cope with data safety and privacy, and optimize logistics delivery in the era of big data. We should start from the four aspects of establishment of e-commerce information platform by big data, making accurate sales of e-commerce, innovating business mode, and paying attention to the safe privacy of data treatment, guarantee the e-commerce to adapt to the era of big data and promote the development of modern e-commerce.
