摘要
针对不同修形曲线的圆柱滚子轴承的静力分析不能完全反映轴承工作状态,利用ABAQUS有限元软件,建立了不同修形曲线轴承模型,对外圈有、无剥落缺陷情况进行了振动特性分析。仿真结果表明,外圈发生剥落缺陷后,轴承整体最大应力增大。相比于直母线形轴承,修形曲线轴承应力峰值增大幅度较小,相切圆弧修形与全凸圆弧修形轴承振动总体减小。综合静力与振动特性分析,滚子相切圆弧修形效果最好。
Because the static analysis of cylindrical roller bearing with different modification generatrix does not fully reflect the state of the bearing,in this paper,using ABAQUS finite element software to establish the bearing model with different modification generatrix,taking a vibration characteristics analysis for the state of peeling defect or normal of outer race. The simulation results show that the maximum stress of the whole bearing when there are defect at outer race. Comparing with the straight generatrix,the increase extent of stress peaks of the bearing with modification generatrix is smaller,and the whole vibration amplitude of bearings of tangential arc modification and full convex arc modification reduced. Integrate static and vibration characteristic analysis,the effect of tangential arc modification of roller is best.
