摘要
盾构断面的矩形断面比圆形断面的有效使用面积大20%,因此,矩形盾构是盾构施工法的发展方向。在阐述常见的矩形刀盘形式的基础上,结合苏南某地市政工程的地质情况,创新提出一种符合该工程段地质情况的矩形刀盘设计方案;给出刀盘上刀具的选择及其布置方案,计算出刀具的使用寿命,并对刀盘进行载荷分析;同时,通过密封舱土体与矩形刀盘流固耦合分析,给出了矩形刀盘的性能评价,从而为研制矩形工作断面盾构刀盘奠定了理论基础。
The efficient use area of the rectangular shield section is 20% larger than the circular section area,therefore,rectangular shield is the development direction of shield construction method. In this paper,on the basis of common rectangular cutter-head form,combined with municipal engineering geology at somewhere in the south of Jiangsu province,an innovative rectangular cutter-head design scheme in accordance with the engineering section geological conditions is proposed. The cutting tools selection and layout scheme on the cutter-head are described. The service life of the cutting tools and the loading of cutter-heads are calculated. At last,The performance evaluation of rectangular cutter-heads are performed based on analyzing the soil of the capsule with the rectangular cutter-heads. This work lays a solid foundation for prototype development of shield cutter-head with rectangular section.
