摘要
本文采用化学镀法通过探索反应温度、主盐浓度、p H等因素对银氧化锡粉体粒径和形貌的影响,制备了超细银氧化锡粉体。结果表明控制温和的反应速率有利于获得包覆均匀的粉体材料,优化工艺为:反应温度50oC、银氨溶液浓度为0.3 M、p H保持10。经测试氧化锡粉体表面银层包覆完整,粉体平均粒径约1.5μm,粒径分布范围较窄。
In this paper, by studying the impact of parameters such as the reaction temperature, the silver ammonia concentration, the pH value on the powder's surface morphology and particle size, the AgSnO2 ultrafine powder is synthesized by electroless plating method. The results show that mild reaction rate is helpful to gain an ultrafine well-covered AgSnO2 powder. The optimized parameters are: reaction temperature 50 ℃, ammonia concentration 0.3 M, pH value 10. The test shows that the SnO2 well coated by Ag, the powder average particle size approximately 1.5 μm and a narrow the particle size distribution.
