Harmomcfocus＋超声刀在腋窝淋巴结清扫术中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤，腋窝淋巴结病理状态是评估乳腺癌预后的重要因素，为制订乳腺癌个体化治疗方案提供依据。随着治疗观念的改变，目前乳腺癌手术治疗的趋势是保乳手术及前哨淋巴结活检术，但临床上前哨淋巴结获取的准确性、存在跳跃性转移等因素，并不能确保腋窝淋巴结病理状态完全精确，导致制订部分患者局部或全身治疗方案的偏差。
