摘要
参考各种类型挖掘机的尺寸参数,对斗容为1.7 m^3的挖掘机斗杆进行了设计,确定斗杆的各项尺寸参数。选择斗杆可能承受的最大载荷,即最危险工况作为计算工况,利用理论公式计算出斗杆每个铰接点的受力情况,然后在Solid Works软件中对挖掘机斗杆进行三维建模,并利用Workbench软件进行有限元强度分析,得到斗杆的应力和应变云图,验证了设计的斗杆能满足静强度要求。
The bucket arm for 1.7 m^3 excavator was designed by referencing the sizes and parameters of various types of excavators, while the size and parameters of the bucket arm were determined:the most hazard conditions were picked up for calculation of the ultimate load that the bucket arm could received and the theoretical formula was used to calculate the stress at each hinge point of the bucket arm. Then three-dimensional model for the bucket arm of the excavator was built via SolidWorks software and Workbench software was used for finite element strength analysis to obtain the stress and strain cloud chart of the bucket arm and verify that the arm design could meet the static strength requirements.
