摘要
针对我国煤炭资源与水资源逆向分布、煤化工行业高水耗的问题,为了实现煤化工发展与地区水资源的合理匹配,研究了煤焦化、煤气化及煤液化3种不同煤化工技术的水耗问题,并重点对比分析了煤焦化、煤气化及煤液化合成燃料油的水耗问题。研究结果表明:煤焦化制燃料油装置总耗水约为11.8 t;煤液化制燃料油装置吨轻油总耗水量为9~12.6 t水。在相同水耗下,煤焦化在制取轻油的同时,还能获得更多焦炭和焦炉煤气。最后,概述了不同煤化工过程节水途径,以解决煤化工高水耗问题。
According to the reverse distribution between the coal resources and water resources in China and the high water consumption faced to the coal chemical industry,in order to realize a rational matching between the coal chemical industry development and the regional water resources and to optimize a suitable coal chemical plan based on the adjusted measures to the local conditions,the paper had the water consumption problems of the coal coking,coal gasification and coal liquefaction technologies and had a comparison analysis on the water consumption problems of the coal coking,coal gasification and coal liquefied fuel oil.The study results showed that the total water consumption of the coal coking fuel oil device was 11.8 ton water and the total water consumption of coal liquefaction fuel oil device was 9-12.6 ton water per ton light oil.Under the same water consumption,during the coking process to get the light per ton,more coke and coking gas would be produced.Finally,the paper introduced the water saving way of different coal chemical process to solve the high water consumption problems of the coal chemical industry.
