摘要 几何产品的装配公差数学模型对CAD/CAM/CAE的集成有着重要的作用。目前的装配公差模型以刚体假设为前提,忽视了实际工况的影响。为解决此问题,研究了实际工况对产品工作性能及公差设计的影响,利用有限元仿真计算了零件在实际工况下的变形量,并在公差模型中综合考虑变形量的影响,建立了实际工况下装配体的公差模型。将该方法应用到尾座装配体的公差建模中,验证了该方法的有效性。 The assembly tolerance mathematical model of geometric product is of great importance in computer aided design / computer aided manufacture / computer aided engineering( CAD / CAM / CAE) integration. Present assembly tolerance model is on the premise of rigid body assumption,and the influence of the actual working condition is ignored. In order to solve this problem,the impact of actual working condition on the product performances and tolerance design was researched. By using the finite element simulation,part deformations under working load were calculated. And the influence of the actual working condition in the tolerance model was also considered comprehensively. Finally,the assembly tolerance model under the actual working condition was established. This method was applied to a tailstock assembly tolerance modeling. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
