摘要
本文对高强度工程机械用型钢表面裂纹进行了分析,根据分析的结果,对连铸工艺进行了优化。结果表明:在现有工艺技术条件下,通过降低结晶器及二冷段水量,优化保护渣等工艺措施,可有效的防止轧材表面裂纹,保证产品质量。
In this paper, causes on surface crack of high strength section steel for machinery were analyzed and the continuous casting process was improved according to the relevant analysis. The result shows that under the existing technological conditions, the surface cracks of hot rolled section steel can be prevented effectively through reducing the cooling water consumption of the mould and the segment, optimizing the mould powder and other measures to ensure the quality of finishing products.
