摘要
为研究不同后处理方式对富硒酵母应用效果的影响,本试验比较了活性富硒酵母、酶解富硒酵母和机械粉碎富硒酵母对饲喂霉变日粮小鼠生理生化机能的影响。结果显示,活性富硒酵母组在提高小鼠肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平上表现最佳,但与其他组差异不显著(P>0.05);机械粉碎富硒酵母组血清总超氧化物歧化酶(TSOD)和血凝集指标显著优于其他各组(P<0.05);而酶解富硒酵母组肝脏硒含量显著优于其他各组(P<0.05)。该试验说明,不同后处理富硒酵母均具有缓解霉变日粮对动物负面影响的作用,但后处理方式不同,作用效果有差异。
In order to explore the application effect of different post-processing selenium-enriched yeast(Se-Yeast),this paper compared the physiological activity changes of mice fed moldy diet,which was treated with active Se-Yeast,hydrolysised Se-Yeast or crushed Se-Yeast.Results showed that the liver glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in active SeYeast group was the highest,while there was no significant difference among all groups(P > 0.05).The serum total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD) and anti-SRBC antibody level in crushed Se-Yeast group was significantly higher than those of other groups(P < 0.05).While the content of tissue Se in the hydrolysised Se-Yeast group was higher than that of other groups significantly(P < 0.05).This experiment indicated that all the Se-Yeast above-mentioned could decrease the negative effects caused by moldy diet,meanwhile the effect could be influenced by the post-processing methods.
