摘要
文中分析MODBUS通讯的原理,研究了组态软件、S7-200、变频器之间的控制以及通讯操作,包括组态软件力控和S7-200之间的组态设计,S7-200中MODBUS,USS和变频器之间的通讯程序设计,并介绍了组态软件力控通过对S7-200进行远程读写操作,达到对变频器进行调速,启停的目的。文中以力控,S7-200,S120为例,经实验验证,该方案是可行和有效的,有利于降低企业的综合成本。
In the paper, it analyzed principle of the MODBUS communication, researched on the communication among configuration software, S7-200, inverter, including the configuration design between Force Control configuration software and S7-200,program design between inverter and MODBUS, USS program in S7-200, and introduced configuration software used readwrite operation on S7-200 at long range, aimed at speed governing and start/stop on inverter. It took the Force Control configuration software, S7-200, S120 as an example, and the experiment demonstrated that the proposed solution is feasible and effective and it has been greatly reduced the comprehensive costs of enterprise.
